Josh Cormier

Josh was born in Austin, Texas before his family moved to Fort Smith, Arkansas where he lived for 25 years. Josh attended Southside High School in Fort Smith where he took the Computer Graphic Technology WATC course his junior year. Taking the classes at UAFS each afternoon, he learned the basics of 3D modeling as well as Adobe Photoshop. Josh attended Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas in fall 2016. He started college as a mechanical engineering major but switched to graphic design to pursue a career in graphic design. Along with the required graphic design classes, Josh took most of the available photography and fine arts classes as electives. After four years he graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design in May 2020.

After getting in touch with a client from our professional network, Josh joined the CyberSpyder team in June 2020 as an intern. He then worked as a graphic designer and photographer for several years before moving to Fayetteville, AR. There he worked at GSS Group, a company specializing in hydroponics, as a social media coordinator. In 2024, Josh returned to his hometown of Fort Smith, AR and rejoined the CyberSpyder team as Social Media Manager. Josh now creates social media content for our clients, and he assists with graphic design and photography to meet their needs.

Josh says, “I’m proud to work with local businesses in the River Valley and help them achieve a professional-quality online presence. At CyberSpyder, we get to work with a wide variety of businesses, so each project is always different than the last!”

In his spare time, Josh enjoys drawing, painting, photography, and fishing. His favorite things to draw are pets and other animals- especially his leopard gecko, Gary.
