Windows XP End of Life
November 12, 2014
Are you still running Windows XP?
Are you getting "end of life" pop up windows from Microsoft?
As you may or may not be aware, official Microsoft support for Windows XP will end this April. This means that there will be no more security updates, patches or fixes. If a hacker discovers a hole, or vulnerability, in XP - it WILL NOT be fixed by Microsoft. Anti-virus, firewalls, etc. WILL NOT protect you against an operating system exploit.
It is extremely important to get yourself moved off of Windows XP as soon as possible, especially if you are still operating a business from XP, or use an XP machine in your network.
The good news is that CyberSpyder, Inc. is here for you. We can move your usernames, passwords, emails, documents and settings to a Windows 7 (or even Windows 8 or 8.1) system for you at low, competitive prices. We can even move most programs for you to the new operating system.
In most cases, your old XP system will not contain enough memory, or even hard drive space, to run Windows 7 (or 8.1) efficiently and effectively. Your best alternative, in most cases, is a new (or used/refurbished) PC. We can help you with that conversion/transfer, too.
Our PC technicians have over 25 years of experience in dealing with Windows operating systems and are here to help you. Please give us a call today for pricing quotes or for more information.
